So this was supposed to be the month of my 4th ipsy bag aka tutorial month. After making a tough decision regretting it and then being happy with it, I would like to say I did cancel after seeing Jessica's Harlow's spoiler picture. I was quite sad when I saw pink eye shadows in the bag but now after reading some reviews I can say quite proudly that I saved $15.00 this month!!!
Though this months bag had an appointment value of $30 I still do not regret my decision.
The big question is....do you regret yours
